Welcome to LeadSprout Global ("LeadSprout", "we", "us"). By accessing leadsproutglobal.com or purchasing any lead package, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to purchase business data on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. What You're Buying
Each lead package is a one-time delivery of a fixed number of homeowner project requests submitted directly to LeadSprout Global's own quote form. Every request carries written, versioned consent to be contacted, passes automated qualification checks on service, geography and contact details, and is reviewed and approved by our team before it is offered for sale. Each lead is sold to a single contractor only.
3. Permitted Use
- Contacting purchased leads for legitimate B2B outreach related to your services.
- Importing records into your own CRM or dialer for internal use by your team.
4. Prohibited Use
- Reselling, sublicensing, or publicly redistributing the raw dataset.
- Using the data for spam, harassment, deceptive marketing, or any activity that violates the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable law.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download our marketplace.
5. Payments
All checkouts are processed by Paystack. Prices are displayed in USD and charged in GHS at the day's exchange rate. Applicable taxes are your responsibility.
6. Delivery & Replacement
Leads are delivered instantly as a downloadable CSV in your dashboard and by email. Our replacement policy is described in the Refund Policy.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee sales, appointments, or specific conversion rates. Results depend on your offer, timing, and outreach quality.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSprout's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the platform. Undelivered portions of any order will be refunded pro-rata.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
